Established in 2025, Shadow Farms Aquaculture is built on over a decade of oyster farming experience producing top quality Tio across New Zealand and Australia. Shadow Farms is a small family owned and operated business specializing in premium whole shell oysters produced in the Bay of Islands New Zealand. Our goal is to provide our customers with some of the best oysters NZ has to offer at affordable prices.
